Verified Pickup: Shipper

Verified Pickup: Shipper is the gate-side verification tool built for shipper facilities and warehouse teams operating in North American freight.

Before releasing a load, your facility staff can instantly confirm that the person standing at the dock and the truck behind them are exactly who the carrier assigned — no phone calls, no paper logs, no guesswork.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Open the load in Verified Pickup: Shipper.
2. Scan or enter the driver's license number and the truck's license plate.
3. Verified Pickup checks both against the Verified Carrier database in real time.
4. A clear match or mismatch result appears immediately — your team knows whether to release or hold.

WHY FACILITIES USE IT

• Prevent cargo theft — catch identity or vehicle mismatches before the trailer leaves the yard.
• Reduce fraud exposure — every check is logged with a timestamp and user ID for full auditability.
• Speed up gate operations — verification takes seconds, not minutes.
• No training required — the interface is designed for gate guards and dock workers, not IT staff.
• Works across US, Canada, and Mexico — built for cross-border North American freight operations.

WHAT GETS VERIFIED

• Driver's license number matched to the driver assigned to the load.
• Truck license plate matched to the vehicle assigned to the load.
• Both records cross-referenced live against the Verified Carrier database.

BUILT FOR OPERATIONS TEAMS

Verified Pickup: Shipper is part of the Verified Carrier platform used by carriers, shippers, and brokers across North America. The shipper-side app gives your facility team a focused, distraction-free tool for one job: making sure the right person with the right truck picks up the right freight.

Compatible with iPhone and iPad. Requires an active Verified Carrier account.
