Yes you have to register, but it works and is accurate, more importantly you can retain people's info, it doesn't allow you to copy, screenshot, or store the info.

I need to tell you that if you work in the nightlife industry, you NEED this app! I worked as a bouncer at a local bar and was approached by a 20-year-old kid who said he knew the owner because daddy was a VIP. Told him I didn't care if daddy was president, he wasn't getting in because of his age. Owner overrode my decision and let the kid in. Owner later accused me of not scanning his ID. FOUND his scan after talking with the programmers of veriscan and turned him in. Thanks again, guys.

The app is incredibly fast—just scan the barcode on the back of the ID, and it instantly confirms age and runs validation checks. The real magic is the backend portal, though. I've tried other scanner apps before, but VeriScan’s enterprise features are on another level. Setting up automated reporting, tweaking data retention policies to stay compliant, and managing custom alerts for different visitor groups is surprisingly straightforward. Everything I need for visitor management in one place.

150+ million citizens' full personal details and high-res multi-wavelength scans of gov credentials 'secured' by ID Scan now in the dark web due to their biz model issues (capturing & storing data that should literally be none of their business, a multitude of security lapses & flat out greed) prove to me and any smart business owners that ID Scan and similar are overly invasive, a major liability to me and my business, where other legacy lower cost options do better and improve public perception.

The registration doesn't link to the app. After registration, you'll get an email with password. You're thinking great. No! You're going back and forth to email and app wondering what you did wrong. So my advice to the creators of this app. Make sure everything links up before sending an email for username and password, so it will work properly. Time is waited trying to use it

I thought this was an app to scan a pamp qr code, it's copied their name, but it immediately starts asking for personal information and needs a subscription to potentially not be useless. This is likely a phishing scam disguised as an app. The first 3 reviews I've read were chatbot garbage. Beware
