Read the reviews and was pretty nervous, but it seems a lot of the complaints have been fixed, especially the calendar part. No problem with login or password either. Neat way to track your donation and health history easy to keep an appointment set too (they don't seem to call much if you already have an appointment set). Make sure you pick the right state when you sign up though, I didn't, you need an account for each state you donate in I guess. Always a great experience donating though.

App no longer recognized my login nor can it find my email on record. I tried creating a new account with my donor ID, and it says it doesn't match my name or DOB, yet I'm literally sitting in the donation site and just got the ID from the employee here. Because the app is not working I filled out the questionnaire after using the QR code at the site, but lost it as I waited 25 mins for someone to screen me. Usually it's emailed to me. This is beyond frustrating.

Have to select region every time. Also, you can only search donations options one day at a time. I find the app useless to find donation opportunities coming up near me in the following month.

Logs you out when you close the app. You must select donation state every time you open the app. When logged into the app, and you choose Versipass, it takes you to the website, where you then have to log in again to complete the questionnaire. When I emailed Versiti specifically about needing to log in twice, I got a response from someone who clearly didn't comprehend what I was pointing out.

Since 10/20 update and the "refresh. My login info does not work, and forgot password says there is no user associated with the email. I'm In IL. no Blood Center for that "Region"

Terrible app. Not user-friendly and I'm not sure how elderly folks can access this? You would think an organization that relies on the charity and generosity of the donors would do a better job and make it easy to donate.
