★★★★★ Great filter. Downsides the app tries to peddle a lot of useless stuff. It should be streamline. I don't want the forum. Let me remove it from being a tab. Switched apartments to set new Wi-Fi password I have to reset filter and will reset the suggested lifespan of the filter. There is not even a cache in the app for me to check one last time how used it was before setting up the new Wi-Fi.

★★☆☆☆ I use for the scale and there's an ongoing bug with the dashboard where if you gain 0.2 lbs in a week when you've overall lost lbs, it'll say you've gained weight. Say you lost 2 lbs then gain 0.2 lbs, it'll say for the week weight gained is 1.8 lbs instead of adjusting to weight lost 1.8 lbs. This has been ongoing for the past 2–3 updates. Pls fix. Update Nov 17: it's still doing this despite recent "bug fixes" again for +0.2 lbs the wellness dashboard computes a weekly gain

★★☆☆☆ Don't delete a device after most recent update. I came home last week and all my plugs had stopped connecting to Alexa. The one I really needed I delete from app to reinstall which has always worked in the past, it didn't this time and by morning the other plus had fixed themselves. Now I am left with a plug I can't get connected on ve sync or Alexa
