Comments on Vexus TV for Android

★★★★★ Vexus has been fantastic! I'm so glad they expanded into my area after Hurricane Ida. The Customer Service is far superior to the combination of Cox & Spectrum put together & multiplied by 10. The Tech Service has also been far superior-attitude, curiosity, politeness, & knowledge. I only wish their prices were a little lower.

★★★★★ Our local cable provider was taken over by Vexus last year which made perfect sense for me to choose Vexus for my service. Their technicians did a super job helping me install the app and getting me set up. Thanks to Vexus I can no longer worry about missing channels or outages preventing me from watching local news or my favorite network shows.

★★☆☆☆ It's advertised on their website that you can "Watch TV, anywhere." Which you cannot. Anywhere, in your house, yes. False advertising if you ask me and there's been no working sound for weeks, now.

★★☆☆☆ Only had them three months and had to call every week or every other week to have them re-install my phone. They would not return phone calls nor email

★★☆☆☆ Numerous outages and pixelating. Poor tv service. Internet service is fairly decent.
