The team is not supporting students. The Moke test paper is not updated. Multiple times call to the team, but they didn't give proper response. I raised tickets on helpmate but these tickets were closed without any response,

I enrolled in VGLD for a professional certification course. Due to some genuine personal reasons, I requested a batch change. From September 2025 onwards, I was repeatedly assured that I would be transferred to the upcoming batch. However, months passed with the same response — “next batch.” Then in January 2026, instead of transferring me as promised, they suddenly said they would initiate a refund. Refund is just 15% of the whole fee.
