Worst app.staff and service is very bad. They even not reply you properly. Once they got your contact they will not pick up your call also... They will inform you to fix your issue in a single day, but it's been more than a week still I'm not able to book the courier or haven't received any update from the support team... Don't know about the app, but had a very bad experience with delivery service. They don't deliver the parcel on main express highways and on top of it they won't give proper answer after calling them for multiple times. The least they can do is call back when they say 'I will call you back'. No updates, nothing.
