Been fitting BPT kit for years. First time today using this app. Set up almost instantly after a quick call to technical who told me not to enter a password when setting up!!!!! Why is this not explained more clearly??? Other than that it works perfectly.

Very, very poor and only works once in a while. Useless that developers say to contact them - I had their professional representative over to install the system, set it up and link to my devices - still fails 95% of the time. It's a rubbish system and the intercom itself also frequently crashes - with no notification that it is no longer ringing when the visitor presses the outdoor unit. Not the first time they hear someone inside and think we don't want to open. Need to replace system.

It is useless. 99% of the time it doesn't open, so I can't get into my property or answer calls from the intercom. The app never rings when someone calls from the intercom. The app crashes a lot. It meets none of the purposes it's intended for. I've wasted hundreds of pounds on this system that doesn't work because CAME/BPT can't develop an app that works. I suggest using any other company.
