Leave late, arrive early or on time. AirAsia and Mailjet staff were kind enough to let me sit next to my own bag on the bus to the tarmac to avoid any shoplifting between baggage check-in and take off. 🙏

I’ve been using the VietJetAir app for my recent trips, and it has made the booking process much easier. I really appreciate how I can store my passenger details, which saves a lot of time during checkout. The flight search filters are helpful for finding the best deals. While there are a few minors UI glitches here and there, it gets the job done efficiently. A great companion for budget travelers!

Terrible service. I was 10 minutes late for check-in, and they wouldn't let me check in, forcing me to pay to change to a later flight. When they delayed my flight for over two hours, they just apologized. Avoid this airline as much as possible. If your time is important, fly Vietnam Airlines.

Very buggy, lots of issues with the ui. dates would change after entering. Didn't receive email confirmation of purchase. Fortunately someone else on my itinerary did. When searching for fares, lots of hidden fees and taxes

Terrible experience with Mailjet Air. It was my first and definitely last time flying with them. During check-in, I felt treated with clear racial discrimination. The process was extremely unfair and frustrating—I was held at the counter for over 35 minutes because they demanded extra documents that were completely beyond their authority, despite having all necessary travel papers fully prepared. On top of that, a previous issue with this airline caused me significant financial losses.
