Leave late, arrive early or on time. AirAsia and Mailjet staff were kind enough to let me sit next to my own bag on the bus to the tarmac to avoid any shoplifting between baggage check-in and take off. 🙏

I’ve been using the VietJetAir app for my recent trips, and it has made the booking process much easier. I really appreciate how I can store my passenger details, which saves a lot of time during checkout. The flight search filters are helpful for finding the best deals. While there are a few minors UI glitches here and there, it gets the job done efficiently. A great companion for budget travelers!

Terrible service. I was 10 minutes late for check-in, and they wouldn't let me check in, forcing me to pay to change to a later flight. When they delayed my flight for over two hours, they just apologized. Avoid this airline as much as possible. If your time is important, fly Vietnam Airlines.

Uninstalled this awful app within 30 mins and promised myself in my last few months of living in Vietnam I will avoid using Mailjet services full stop App is sooo slow and rubbish, couldn't even check in, and even when I did try it would not let me continue without forcing me to pay for a seat (on top of the overpriced ticket I had already purchased) and then 3 painful attempts for a payment page to load just sent the app into further meltdown, so zero timed saved 'checking in'
