Connected how & when I want! Easy to use. Keeps me connected to my business when I need to be, wherever I am. I can be part of a call center, or be part of a conference call by using my mobility application and not my cell phone number. No forwarding, just simple routing however I choose.

ViewPoint allows me more flexibility at work With ViewPoint Mobile, now I can connect to our Wave system and take control of my work related calls from my cell remotely. This allows me to remain connected with my coworkers despite being offsite, and without revealing my personal cell phone number to my coworkers. Additionally, I'm able to I'm with my coworkers just like I do in ViewPoint Desktop. I'm also able to listen to and manage my Voice Mails as well as forward them on to other coworkers which need to be concerned with the message. The widget is a nice way to quickly see if you've missed any calls, IMs, or Voice Mails while out and about as well as quickly change your Personal Status to update your availability to other coworkers. Overall, the app works well and includes the functionality I'd expect from ViewPoint Desktop in a mobile app.

DO NOT BUY! The app does not work on any android device I have ever used, nor do I know of anyone it works for. It immediately crashes upon opening. I was told it only works on devices made before 2013. The company doesn't care about any issues you may have. Call quality for our remote workers is so bad they can't use the desk phone and have to forward all calls to their personal phones. Horrible app, horrible company. Stay away.

Update: Still doesn't work with One UI 4.0/Android 12... Please fix this!!! This app doesn't open at all on my s21 ultra or Galaxy Tab 7+...
