Works well! But TAKE NOTE: App needs to be configured for it to work seamlessly. After I had done config, it works perfectly every time on my Samsung s21! I highly recommend this system!

Follow all instructions and access. But no call received. Have miss call showing in the apps, but had never call in my phone. Or there's phone call on my phone, but there's no pop up from the apps, only sound. Very poor apps!!!

Installed at condo. Fails to work majority of time... have to tell delivery people to phone and not use intercom. Many missed deliveries because of this app.

App not working, when the visitor call, it opens my phone call app, not Scannell app. So I cannot open the door. My phone is ss s10plus. Pls fix it
