Couple of things. Payment wasn't working for the room, but I'm booking through Eugenia so might be related. Swiping back from restaurant pages exits to the main restaurant menu and I have to select a restaurant and dine in again. Expected to go back to the main food menu. When entering table number at the checkout page, you need to make the table number field exit easily. At the moment, you have to swipe the left side of the screen, and I'm worried it'll take me to the main menu as above.

We stayed our 1st. Time at a village hotel, the whole experience was beautiful, and the staff made it. That much we booked an extra day. A member of the breakfast staff Anna I would like high recommend on how she dealt with a very rude customer who came down for breakfast. Professional in this is our new best hotel. Every say. App won't get past adding the phone number to log in

I have downloaded the app 3 times and can not get past the enter your phone number page. I've tried with the 0 before the number, without and on multiple occasions. I just can't get the app to work using a galaxy S22.

I can see no one reads/responds to the comments... anyway.... I don't get the purpose of this app. I'm signed in yet have to sign in online in order to see my offers and there's no record of my previous bookings. I thought the purpose of the app was maybe a quicker way of accessing my online account + offers, but it doesn't show that at all. Great try, but it looks like even village hotels have abandoned the app idea but forgot to take it offline...shame, would've been a great app if it worked
