I use this app to access my accommodation at the Urbanest in Australia. Although it's pretty convenient, it only works 4/10 times. Most of the time, I have to restart the application in order for it to register the sensors.

This app has effectively locked me out of my own room. It rarely works, and usually either doesn't register the door (the door detects the phone but doesn't do anything), or it straight up denies me access to my own room that it clearly says I should have access to. This app turns something as typical as closing your apartment door into Russian roulette. Thanks, campus edge WL!

I have been locked out of my apartment building multiple times because this app does not work. Even when my connection is great, the app doesn't allow me to enter. I really wish we had just kept the regular keys.
