The Viessmann ViParts app offers you, as a Viessmann specialist partner, the opportunity to access all information about our spare parts and order them directly.

The following functions are available to you in ViParts:
- Determining the spare part in exploded drawings and parts lists
- Barcode scanner for reading material numbers
- Display of all maintenance parts of the products
- Compatibility check between product and spare part
- Ordering spare parts
- Accessing all technical documents
- Display of availability and prices (with login)

Recent changes:
- Status messages are now displayed in product and spare parts search
- Warehouse information added to the pickup dialog
- Fix: Availability for the selected pickup warehouse is visible again
- Fix: Part numbers in drawings are normalized correctly
- Removed the redundant search button from customer search

Got rid of vi spares with no update in the old app telling people to switch? And now the new app doesn't show pictures of part? You can tell the company has been steadily going downhill as they just don't seem to care about customers anymore. Like how hard is it to show a picture of the part, add that and instantly adds 3 stars.
