My review is for Dr. Hannum, as the app is what is. Dr. Hannum is a great doctor, and it has been a pleasure switching to him from an MD who blew me off anytime I complained of side effects, or suggested the meds weren't working for over 5 years. Dr. Hannum worked with and for me when I had all but accepted that I was never going to receive proper treatment for my ongoing battle with ADHD, impulsivity, and depression. Visits are affordable, convenient, and worth trying for anyone

5 stars for the doctor that I've been going to for the past seven years or so. To those who are having problems - start with Physicians NOW. That was how I registered and got set up with my initial visit / consultation and matched with Dr. H. Physicians NOW treats ADHD and other mental health issues as well as regular telehealth problems. Google the name and register on the website FIRST before downloading!

No Doctor Available EVER! Waited over 4 hours one time and 1 1/2 hours a second time. No one ever responded! Tried to chat with them got NO RESPONSE! I don't think anyone actually ever responds! Would give less than 1 star if possible.

So 1st my email shows as invalid. So I'm left wondering what I'm supposed to do next. I find a response to someone else who had the same problem. I go to the bottom, click the link to "Need an account?" Now, I'm stuck at the next step because my provider, hospital, or network isn't found. I received this Virtual Care pamphlet in the mail from the U Health Plans. Can't this app list all the available options to choose from? Is there another Virtual Care app?
