Comments on VirtualSpeech - VR Courses for Android
★★★★★
VirtualSpeech is a VR educational application that allows users to practice public speaking in various environments. Using a VR headset, the user is completely immersed in the environment they want to practice their public speaking, i.e. an interview, a conference room, a press conference, an auditorium. The application tracks and provides feedback on important skills needed in public speaker such as avoiding hesitation words, pace of voice and eye contact. VirtualSpeech also gives the user the ability to upload their presentations into the digital environment and listen back to their presentation to make improvements. VirtualSpeech is a great example of how VR can provide learners with authentic environments with the ability to improve upon the skills being learned in the game, by using the feedback provided and having unlimited opportunities to apply those skills. This application can be useful where public speaking is needed in the class or workplace. VirtualSpeech also shows a glimpse of how VR can help build a bridge between learners and instructors in distance education by potentially allowing users to meet and communicate in a common space no matter the distance. Now, VirtualSpeech does not offer this option, but it is apparent that the technology is there.

Best app ever for me... One suggestion... If u could buffer the voice of user to his own ear with some audio effects... That would make his nerves break down...also it would be more better if it would be in 3d rather than just 360.... Thanks for such wonderful app...

Very cool concept. However I tried to load my own slides and the words in the slides generally are too small for them toshow up clearly in the apps.

Unable to get remote to work. Have tried everything and this is the only app where it won't work.
