Visaka Textile OCC

**Visaka Textile OCC — your spinning division, live and in command.**

Visaka Textile OCC (Operations Command Centre) puts the complete operational picture of Visaka Industries' spinning division in your pocket. Built for plant leadership, division heads and operations teams, the app turns raw ERP data into live, decision-ready intelligence: production performance, sales and export contribution, inventory health, power cost, debtors, break-even tracking and financial targets — all on a single, continuously updated dashboard.

**A true command centre, not just a report viewer**
The OCC monitors the metrics that move the P&L and raises prioritised alerts the moment a threshold is breached: power cost per shift running above target, finished-goods inventory ageing past its liquidation window, contribution per shift slipping under plan, export realisation below benchmark. Every alert carries a clear, recommended action — immediate audit, mix review, pricing review, liquidation order — so your team acts on the same signal at the same time.

**Key features**
• Live KPI dashboard — critical and high flags, net margin vs target, FY revenue gap, updated from ERP baselines
• Active alerts with severity levels and recommended actions
• Production analytics — contribution per shift, machine utilisation, product-mix performance
• Sales & export tracking — realisation per kg, domestic vs export contribution
• Inventory & raw-material health — factory and depot stock ageing, days-of-cover
• Power, debtors and break-even monitoring in one place
• AI-assisted insights and action plans for flagged deviations
• Secure CSV/Excel exports for offline analysis

**Enterprise-grade security**
Access is restricted and audited. New accounts are created in a pending state and must be approved by an administrator before first sign-in. Sessions use encrypted, httpOnly tokens; removing or suspending a user revokes access instantly on every device. All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. The app requests no device permissions beyond network access — no location, no contacts, no camera.

**Fast, light, responsive**
The app is a thin, secure client around the OCC platform, so it stays small (under 3 MB), starts in seconds, and always reflects the latest deployed dashboards — phone or tablet, portrait or landscape.

**Who is it for?**
Visaka Industries leadership, spinning-division management and authorised operations staff. An account approved by your administrator is required.

Take the pulse of your plant from anywhere — the mill floor, the boardroom, or the road.
