Great app, I would say the only issue is support for all the watches and occasional bugs with point counting also frequently discounts on websites for goods is not very good as you can find the same devices new on Amazon the same price as the "exclusive" discount

I'm updating my review. A few months ago I didn't have many good things to say about this app, but it's improved a lot. It is overall pretty functional and performant now. I gather that this app is mostly for the rewards - you basically get redirected to the website for all health-claims (which annoys me slightly, but I use the rewards much more frequently, so it's ok for me). Navigating the different kinds of rewards still feels a bit clunky, and I wish there was a way to remove used vouchers

Without doubt the worst app on my phone. It never loads properly and now has a flashing message box on the front screen that is impossible to click into, and you can only click elsewhere between the flashes. The headspace link hasn't worked for months, so I've given up trying to get points from there. And when you do get points there is that ridiculous find Stanley game rather than rewards which scale with your activity level. The only reason I have this is that my work uses Vitality.

App now working after initial problems but my health profile says I have "low activity" despite me doing 4 vigorous HIIT workouts a week and working a very active job. Seriously, what is the point of this app? I've reached out to Vitality on WhatsApp.

Despite using a Garmin device, that is registered with Vitality, the app claims I've done not exercise since January, despite achieving 7,000 steps most days and doing other tracked exercise several times a week. Utterly useless.
