The Vitality Member App allows you to:

Collecting your activity data Step, workout and Mindfulness data will automatically sync in the background, and can take a minimum of two hours to process and be sent to Vitality.

I'm updating my review. A few months ago I didn't have many good things to say about this app, but it's improved a lot. It is overall pretty functional and performant now. I gather that this app is mostly for the rewards - you basically get redirected to the website for all health-claims (which annoys me slightly, but I use the rewards much more frequently, so it's ok for me). Navigating the different kinds of rewards still feels a bit clunky, and I wish there was a way to remove used vouchers

Great app and product when it works; had a little bit of a rough start despite being a returning member. I reckon this is the best insurance product with built-in accountability and a massive ecosystem of support in the market today. I cannot stres how valuable I find this, and it's absurd because one usually doesn't get grateful for insurance before they use it or see others use it but in my case, the benefit is seen daily through the active rewards.

Since Oct '25 I have had no points from Headspace (reinstalled and connected and disconnected multiple times) so lost 6 pts a week. Since 14th July '26 I have no steps either! Health Connect is set up/working - shows all fitness/steps (Google Health) and mindfulness (Headspace) data correctly - NONE of this is being read by Vitality even though it is shown as "Connected" in the Vitality app and has all permissions ticked in Health Connect. I'm losing member benefits every day - fix this app!

Activity points have stopped syncing since the switch over from Google fit to Health connect despite all permissions being set correctly and everything being connected as it should be.

The Stanley game is absolutely rigged. Raging that they have taken the rewards away. Wouldn't even mind, but I'm still waiting for an appointment too. I wouldn't recommend Vitality, never mind this terrible app.
