Vitcc- SDC app worked very well last year, but for last three months it is not working at all. Despite having so many installation and uninstallations I am still struggling to get it working. It is very nice, active and useful app. It must work well.

I use a moto edge 60 pro mobile with Android 16 but when I try to download the VI TCC parent app it says this version is not compatible with this device. Can I expect a compatible version?

The App does not open most of the time. As a result I can't track my ward's performance. I mailed the authority informing them about the issue. Unfortunately, still it is not resolved.
