It's good. Just need more update especially when drivers accept the rides. It also needs updating when the driver will arrive (like counting down the minutes).

Drivers are rude and disrespectful I use this service a lot because it is close to my job but late at night the drivers are always rude and disrespectful. They treat me badly because I am a girl coming home late at night. They always try to overcharge and condescend the passengers. I'm going to use a different service from now on

I've been using VIT for years.this app or maybe their new drivers are horrible! 3 times I've reserved cabs, and they've not shown or cancelled after they were supposed to be here! It's frustrating and nit professional! I don't know if they realize we can see where the car is but if I'm at pelham bay and u stop in Morris Park that tells me you said f*** pelham bay pickup! When people have places to be and kids to transport you should really respect their time!
