Fun and rewarding way to recognize colleagues! Been using this app since October 2021 and have both sent and received many high-fives including a one with a reward attached. Process to redeem the reward was easy too.

Try to log in, and I'm told my email isn't recognized/my org isn't signed up to this service. Try to register, and I'm told that my work email address is already in use! This makes using the service almost pointless as I have to use the website and therefore have to enter card information for every purchase. At that point it's quicker to just use my card.

Pointless. They've split this off from the main vivup app. Now I have to have 2 apps taking up space on my phone. Total waste of time, space, and effort.

Don't get involved, after emailing vivup customer support 3 times still can't get to work.

This is the worst app I have ever used. There is no way you can get the voucher instantly. It doesn't work on Android most of the time. When you are on holiday or out in a restaurant and want to buy a voucher to pay off the bill, it doesn't work.
