LOL I had a real one of these back in the day. This is a pretty good simulation going by memory. Sounds a little better than the original I think. And no boring ads!

Another toy The most important feature of vl1 is not the rock1 rhythm. It is the hidden synth programming capability using the... built-in calculator. This feature is absent. Another important feature is the recording mode. It is absent too.
