This app has made sending a letter by mail a more convenient way to communicate with others than using the app itself. Trying to connect to a call is similar to playing the pokies. If you're lucky you will get to connect your call. But most of the time it will fail.. But on the positive side, when the app receives a call, the call will immediately disconnect after starting the ringtone and then will continue ring & ring. So, if you have a great ringtone, you get to get your groove on until you restart your phone and play the pokies to try to return the call.

Latest update is absolute trash. Literally unusable! I get a call and it automatically tags it as 'Missed' in the notifications but keeps playing the ringtone. I can't answer calls in any way. Certainly can't get any kind of function when linked with the desktop app.
