Best voice recording app. BUT only for voice. Don't think it will record ambient sound - it will NOT anymore. There was a time when it it could easily record frogs and other ambient sounds in the woods and for that it gets my very first four-star review. (normally I give 5 and 1-star reviews. Otherwise whatever it is doesn't need my review lol.

I love the voice recorder and use it all the time; however, I wish that it would sync across all Samsung devices. I also have a Samsung Tab, but if I record something on that device, the recording does not also show up on my phone. It should sync in the same way that Samsung Notes does.

Samsung Voice Recorder Upgrade Suggestion Samsung Voice Recorder is already a great app, but I really think it could be taken to the next level. 🎙️ I’d love to see a major upgrade focused on professional voice recording and audio quality. Features like better noise reduction. Lastly I suggest there should be an option whereby I can save my voice record and still access it again and continue recording wherever I stop

Great recording quality, but missing Croatian transcript support! The recording feature works great and the sound quality is top-notch. However, I am really disappointed that there is no option for the Croatian language in the transcription feature. Having to use all kinds of workarounds just to get a transcript is exhausting. I hope Samsung upgrades this soon and adds support for Croatian!

AI Transcripts are awful. It used to be really good but adding AI to try to interpret has been absolutely terrible. When I export the text file it removes the speaker annotation, so you cannot tell one speaker from another. Truly disappointing change. Also, habe to regularly clear the app cache because it will stop saving transcripts after a while.

Some sound clips become corrupted after playing them in the same app due to the inclusion of bad MP4 frames in the file.

1 star because I want someone to pay attention. Really a great application I have been using the application for many years. At this point I have 185000 or do recordings. This makes the application slow. Would be SO NICE if there was a way for me to organize by year. Allowing me to say. These previous years don't need to be accessible to me in active application memory every time I use the application. So when I use this application only this year's notes are accessible to active memory.
