For those who struggles with the app - write to support. They can switch your charger to somewhere else and it will work again! It happened to me today. Now I have my 2022 Juice Box finally charging the car with no issues. I hope there will be a new app soon.

I have a Juice box charger which is no longer supported and the US and Voltie is supposed to be the replacement. It won't allow me to signup as the password requires a special character but when you enter a special character it creates an error. This is horrible customer service.

Complete junk. After making a change it does a soft reboot on my Samsung Ultra. Password setup is buggy with characters. When it was Enel Juice box it worked great. Now that it is VoLTE it is completely useless. Literally on the one Juice box that connected os the one not working. Tge other one that never connected to Voltie works great. This was the final straw. I'm going with Tesla charger.

Garbage. I am a former Juice Box/EnelX customer and the app gives me no control over my home charger. Developers should be ashamed of releasing this.
