Very good app. You can Start/Stop charging directly in the app. You can save your favorite charging stations. You can preload any amount starting at a minimum of $10, it doesn't always have to be in increments of $10. Example: So if you want to put $15, $17, $23 etc., you can. The only 2 things I hope they will upgrade later in the future is to allow customers to add more than one payment method and to allow customers to rearrange their favorite stations in any order they want. Good app though

Great app and experience so far. Have used the SWTCH chargers many times over the last few months with no issues. I did not have the issue of for the $10 reload, it happened to me where I was charged $0.60 and was able to then call customer service to get my remaining balance back onto my credit card. The customer service is very good, took only 5-10 mins

Beware of this app. They wrongly charge me at $14.69 with an unknown charging device. But actually, I was using another charger at the same place. You won't get back the wrong charge. They will not admit a fault or error occurred on their APP.

They did not issue a complete refund when I closed my account ☹️ Plus their branded chargers are out of service half the time in the Vancouver area.

Does what is needed to start a charger however I really dislike that if you have any kind of payment issue the app effectively locks you out and demands payment before you can do anything else in the app like maybe look at the bill or figure out what happened.... The only thing it should lock you out of is charging further until you pay You should be able to access your account your settings and possibly the bill or bill area... You can't even access help. Please consider that in future updates
