If you could reserve a ride in advance of when you need a ride I would have given 5 Stars. It's still worthy of 4 Stars even though it's hard to get a ride at certain times, and they don't exactly pick you up or drop you off at the exact spot requested. They pick up/drop off near an intersection close to your requested spot. However, it's very reasonable price for a ride. The vehicles are always clean and the drivers I've had had always been pleasant.

This is a really useful and cheap service offered by the city the rides are only for local trips, and the availability isn't great and the time it takes for rides to arrive is normally 30 mins, but I still love it because it only cost like 1-2 dollars, and it lets me be free and able to move around my city

I can never book a ride to go to work, I don't carry cash anymore, so I can't take the bus anymore, and now I'm losing my job because you won't let me book a ride to go to work. Voride is the worst company ever

I live in deland/glenwood, and voride doesn't go over there. Now my plans to use it to get to work won't happen.

I don't know why they changed this from the original way it was operating in the beginning & they need to bring back certain bus routes especially the 20!😾🤨 You can never get a ride because school kids use the same system, so you can never book a ride without waiting & try constantly for hours, if you even can get an available ride period! It doesn't want to recognize my disability status & door to door when I'm being charged even though it's stated in my profile! It makes me walk every time!
