We downloaded and used this app for a tour of Istanbul's highlights in December 2022. Burak, our local guide, was excellent. He knew the ins and outs of the city, and gave us a unique experience of the beautiful highlights of Istanbul. His English is of high level, and he is pleasant and knowledgeable. He very kindly gave us tips for seeing the rest of the city on our own. I highly recommend this app. The self-guided tours are also great, and easy to use. Highly recommended.

Me, my sister, and BIL, each paid 5 euros to order this app when purchasing Rome Pass in Italy. After we received our login code from Roma pass, We" downloaded" the Vatican self-guided tour, for 3.50 euros each😬Me on Google play and they through Apple. The app and downloads have been useless so far. They take you in circles. We installed the short versions that are supposed to be usable in case Wi-Fi is bad. I don't know who to be mad at most, Compass, Toxicity, or me, for ignoring the reviews.

Don't install this. I bought this as part of the Roma Pass, but that's a big mistake. Not only does the app didn't take the QR code nor use the information given during purchase time (you have to use the password as username and use date as password) but also the app itself shows a blank screen even when you are finally able to add the tour to the guide. There is also the problem of multiple tours of the same name. Overall, I have no idea why Italy officially sponsor this app.

Going round in circles trying to create account and use QR code to get audio tour I have paid for. Terrible app.
