Classes are good, excellent teaching, but app is not working properly. Reason is when I'm opening downloads in the voxguru app, the app is closing automatically. And also I'm unable to reset my new password.

When I start a session, the session is repeating twice I mean simultaneously the same session running I am not able to continue the session. The Application is having some please fix it. It is highly blocked to continue my session. It was good previously. I think this is occurring now only. Please fix it ASAP

This is a wonderfully designed app to learn the foundations of Carnatic music from the uniquely talented teacher, Pratibha Sara thy! I notice a few minor bugs in the app functionality. It gets completely stuck when trying to progress from one lesson to another! For example, the app keeps saying only "1 of 19 lessons completed" when actually I have progressed to the 7th or 8th lesson! Please try and fix this. So we can enjoy the learning process fully! Waste of money. Videos are not supported properly. Downloaded videos are deleted automatically. The videos are intermingled. No proper response also

The VoxGuru live classes are good since each class has 5 students but there is lack of continuity because there is only 1 class in a week. It would be better if there were 2-3 classes. The VoxGuru app content is good, but it would be better if there could be an option where some AI detection should be there to tell we sang it right or not. It would be really useful for beginners otherwise they might be practicing the wrong thing. Courses cannot be downloaded and it is not lifetime.

While we really loved the content, the app does not work, have been sending them so many requests to help us access the lessons, no response, and we are not able to continue the lessons, very frustrating and disappointing. Terrible customer service. :(

I think it's totally fake. I subscribed carnatic basics bundle with Janta Dattu Marisa today for rupees 1039 on 60% offer, but I got nothing in my vox. If your offers are fake, then kindly refund my money. Otherwise I will file a complaint against your app, because I got the same mistake on the previous month, that I ordered basics pack and got some other things. So your fake things are repeating, it will not y allowed
