I tried 2 different credit cards and the app had trouble with both of them but fortunately customer service was able to connect me with the driver that had a POS machine.

I recently began traveling with Tirana taxi by using the VrapOn taxi app, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! You can make great use of the scheduled ride option. It is really encouraging, especially when headed to the airport, since the drivers have always been on time for the pickups, I schedule just a day in ahead. The drivers operate in multiple places and this adds to the convenience of my travels. I advise everyone to travel to Albania to use VrapOn taxi!

I booked a taxi a day in advanced but the taxi never show up. Not sure if the text confirmation got through since there was no confirmation back.

Better than nothing BUT, map is not updated realtime, estimated driver arrival time is probably manually posted, and you pay only by cash. So. The second time we booked a taxi for our morning departure to the airport, we had no answer from the driver, he/she was not in time, and we finally got a classic taxi from the street.

Cannot even register - says my phone number is invalid. EDIT: Thanks for answering, but I am reviewing the app itself not the support team. The support team may be great but if the app fails already in the registration phase, it is the problem of the app, sorry. It should at least give a precise reason why the number is invalid, not a generic error with no details.
