I tried 2 different credit cards and the app had trouble with both of them but fortunately customer service was able to connect me with the driver that had a POS machine.

I recently began traveling with Tirana taxi by using the VrapOn taxi app, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! You can make great use of the scheduled ride option. It is really encouraging, especially when headed to the airport, since the drivers have always been on time for the pickups, I schedule just a day in ahead. The drivers operate in multiple places and this adds to the convenience of my travels. I advise everyone to travel to Albania to use VrapOn taxi!

DO NOT USE!! Zero point using this as I booked a taxi that said it would be 1800 lek but by the time the driver dropped me off it turned to 2500 (even showed me in app) would have been better off haggling with a local yellow cab

Horrible customer service. I arrived to Lore yesterday on a bus from the Tirana airport. I was traveling alone with my baby and my luggage, and trying to get to my Airbnb. The driver tried multiple times to put me and my baby out at random locations where it would have been impossible for me to navigate with my things, he yelled at me to speak Italian, and told me that it wasn't his problem. Vrapon was very rude to me, sided with the driver, and left me on read. Use Crust instead.

I booked a taxi a day in advanced but the taxi never show up. Not sure if the text confirmation got through since there was no confirmation back.
