To use phone app, go to device manage, click + then go to the recorder, right click, main menu, app, p2p. The device ID and password is next to the QR code. Add those on the device manage page of the app and click save.

Works on Wi-Fi only. 4 different phones in our house. All work when connected to Wi-Fi, However as soon as you go onto 4g / 5g it refuses to connect. Pointless as you can't view your cameras when out and about. App fully broken now will not connect on any device

Server no longer supported, might as well delete the app as can only view cameras and playback is when I am hard-wired into my recorder box now, what a joke I definitely won't by any new equipment from VSS when it can become obsolete in such a short period of time.

I have had these cameras for a couple of years and for the past few months I can't record it says it's recording but nothing is in my media. And now I can't play back at all. And I have to reload several times just to see the live from home.
