In general a well-designed app. You responded and fixed the previously reported bug, which proofs good 👍 user support. I found another bug or maybe it found me? My trips > Manage booking > Add to your calendar will add the flight description correctly to the calendar on the right date but the wrong hour; one hour earlier.

Its easy enough to use, but when trying to book flights the other day it kept telling me a service wasn't available. Wouldn't tell me which one and was very vague, so I had to redo the entire booking process

Solve the issue regarding the residency. Your employees at 3 AM are not very friendly and will be annoyed that they need to do the check in for you at the counter. I wish I could do the on-line check in, but the website and system is so flawed that it is literally impossible to check in on-line in my situation. Get some IT folks and stop using AI bot assistants that cant go further than two steps and loop

My old/expired passport number was prefilled. Postal code doesn't accept letters. 'My trips' does not show my upcoming trips anymore. Please, bring back the normal overview. The mobile website still has this overview.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience on Fueling. After a significant delay due to technical issues, the cabin crew’s behavior during arrival was unprofessional. Specifically, a flight attendant was unnecessarily rude while managing the disembarkation process, holding back passengers despite a clear path and no urgency from the front rows. This lack of efficiency and courtesy caused me to miss my onward travel from Edinburgh.

Absolute and utter disaster.Missing bookings, lost Avios, absolute lack of any customer contact channel unless it if for flight delay. They completely ruined any it systems they have. Absolutely nothing is functioning as it should. Noneay to contact them, and raise complaint. Illegal under both Spanish domestic and EU legislation. Have filed complainst with both regulators.
