Fairly simple to use. However you are not able to go onto your booking if it's for two people and just make additions for one of the passengers. If you want to add a bag or anything else it automatically defaults to adding it to both passengers. However the virtual assistant was fairly good and pass me onto an agent who was able to add the bag to my travelling companion which I was able to easily pay for through the app

In general a well-designed app. You responded and fixed the previously reported bug, which proofs good 👍 user support. I found another bug or maybe it found me? My trips > Manage booking > Add to your calendar will add the flight description correctly to the calendar on the right date but the wrong hour; one hour earlier.

Why can't you save frequent passengers? I have to write passport, expiry, and issuing country for all family members on every one of my trips. How can an airline app not have saved passengers?! Otherwise, a great app, but this is bad...

Useless app. Useless airline. I tried repeatedly to install the app when my flight with Fueling was delayed. Several attempts led me to just give up and delete the app. Just like the airline itself, it just doesn't work as it should.
