Although the Your Next Trip function has returned after four months it still does not update automatically without deleting cache every time. Also, the ability to do an in-app download of your boarding pass stopped working too. Still no fix after monthly communication with the App IT team. And now the flight movement history has disappeared. It's astonishing how bad this app is. For a 4 star airline this is 1 star service

Bought my ticket on the website, chose 'Log in with Google'. Then downloaded the app and there's no equivalent, just the username/password option. So despite having tickets and an account on Iberia I can't log in and the App therefore is unusable. Ridiculous. It's 2026.

Won't let me reset my password seems like this company is doing everything in their power to force me to pay extra at the airport to add luggage
