Car Park B Westfield White City. Recognized number plate on entry and exit. Very easy transaction. I could however see another car having problems in the other exit lane. (I used the right-hand exit)

Not good, I got the app, so it was easier to leave the car park but automatic payment didn't work, chaos!

Have an account, normally barrier lifts automatically and takes payment, didn't work on Boxing Day so paid with card, help assistant said glitches on app sometimes, problem is the pass saying I'm still there and still going on, so apparently I've been parked for over 2 days....sent 3 or 4 messages to their claim/helpline....no response yet.

Does not work. Parked for the day at Westfield on November 25 and 5 months later I am still there, according to the app, despite parking at Westfield Stratford at the end of December.
