Terrible experience. I registered my car with the Park ATL at the new South Deck. I registered my credit card. It would not let us out. We were trapped.

Despite having 3 vehicles in my profile snd the license plate scanners reading thr vehicle every time correctly, I've not been able to actually pay via the app as it can never find my parking passes in the app. Complete waste of time.

Don't use it. I paid via the app, but the transaction wouldn't pass to the local gate, so I was trapped in the ATL West garage for 26 minutes while they tried to resolve the issue. I had a receipt and the app said it was paid, but attendant and support team couldn't see it. Just pay at the machine on site.
