I used to buy from Grainger many years ago, while working at Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale. It was very close to our church, and they seemed to always have the part I needed. I have moved farther north. Fort Pierce, Florida. So I have not been buying from them for a long time. I will be down in the Pompano Beach area on Friday and will be buying some 4" wheels for a cart we have up this way. So I am looking forward in getting back down there and knowing they have taken care of me before.

The last few versions of the Android app have either been slow and hard to get to respond or unresponsive. I love Grainger and use it often but not being able to use the app when I'm in the field has been irritating. I'd love to be able to rely on the app again not just for ordering what I need but also for information on products, but it needs to be quicker and responsive.

Does not support all phones, 👎👎 not good Granger, not good!!! We loyal business customers keep jumping through hoops for your company, ..... TIME TO WAKE UP AND FIX YOUR S***! Before you lose all of us. AND I'VE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER SINCE 1991 ((FIX-IT GRANGER!)) Quit making excuses and putting it on the customer, not how you do business!

App is highly bugged. I often have login issues. Sometimes I'll get a bug upon order completion, it'll say my order has been successfully placed but then throw an error that says it didn't go through, and I need to call customer service

I get an error of "Whoops, I couldn't find that" when I try to sign in to this app. I will delete the app and stick to the website in my browser.
