WA Scheduler: Send Later

WA Scheduler — send later, on time, without touching your phone

Write it now, send it later. WA Scheduler sends your messages and Status posts at the exact time you pick, even with the phone locked and in your pocket. Wish someone happy birthday at midnight, remind a customer on the day, or post tomorrow's offer to your Status tonight.

KEY FEATURES

Scheduled messages
• Send to one person, a group you're in, or a list of up to 10 people
• Add up to 10 photos, with your text as the caption
• Use {name} and each person gets their own copy with their first name
• Repeat daily, on chosen weekdays, monthly, on the last day of the month, or yearly
• Set the recipient's time zone so 12:00 AM means their midnight

Scheduled Status posts
• Post a photo, with a caption and an optional price tag, or a coloured text card
• Plan a week: pick up to 30 photos and fill your morning, afternoon and evening slots
• Share photos to WA Scheduler from your gallery or any app
• Reuse saved captions, text cards and recent photos from your Library

Stay in control
• Move a message by an hour or to tomorrow, or skip one date of a repeat
• Pause repeats for a holiday and they carry on after
• Ask me first: get a notification with Send and Skip before it goes out
• Undo a delete, and see a clear reason whenever a send fails

Birthdays and occasions
• Birthdays from your contacts, plus your own dates like a shop anniversary
• A reminder a few days before, with a midnight wish ready to schedule

Built to send on time
• No screen automation and no accessibility service: it works with the phone locked
• Setup checks exact alarms, notifications and battery settings for your phone maker
• A test message to your own chat proves it works before you rely on it
• Checks your WhatsApp link before each send and warns you in time to fix it
• Sends at a calm pace with a daily limit, to keep your number safe

Activity and insights
• A history of every send, with plain-language reasons for any failure
• Status streaks and weekly charts

PREMIUM
• Monthly and yearly plans with a free trial, or a one-time lifetime purchase
• In India, pay with UPI AutoPay
• Cancel anytime

HOW IT WORKS
1. Install WA Scheduler and follow the short setup
2. Link WhatsApp with a code, like WhatsApp Web (Linked devices)
3. Write a message or a Status post and pick the time
4. Lock your phone. It goes out on time

MADE FOR
• Shops and small businesses that post offers to Status every day
• Anyone who never wants to miss a birthday at midnight
• Reminders to customers, tenants, students or family
• People in different time zones

PRIVACY
• Messages go straight from your phone to WhatsApp; we never see them
• Your WhatsApp link is stored only on your phone
• Contacts are read on your phone only, for birthdays and names
• Anonymous usage and crash reports help us fix problems

IMPORTANT
• Developed by Binary Script
• Not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta
• Connects as a linked device through an unofficial client; WhatsApp may limit or ban accounts that use one, so use a number you can afford to risk
• Send only to people who expect your messages, and follow WhatsApp's Terms of Service

A new About section in Settings: contact support, read the privacy policy and terms, and see your account. In India, the UPI payment screen now lists only the apps on your phone that can set up AutoPay. Small fixes.
