Great application, good service! You're doing a masterful job! The customer service is extremely satisfactory; they refunded me after a driver charged me more than the expected cost of my ride. One of the improvements I'd suggest is allowing users to choose specifically where they want to be dropped (by choosing the title of the place they want to be dropped in just like in Google Maps), as I currently rely on manual choosing of the place I wish to head to when I order my rides. Thank you!

نحن طلبنا رحلة الي المطار و بالتطبيق مكتوب ١٥٤٠ ليرة و لما وصلنا اخدو ٢٠٠٠ ليرة. هاذة يؤثر على موثوقية الخدمة و التطبيق we come from outside the country, and we ordered a trip to the airport, the app says that the approximate price will be 1,540 liras but once we arrived we paid 2000 liras. This shows the reliability and the service of this app.

The cost they estimate is radically different from the one they ask for at the end of the trip. It has happened 3 times. They ask for a higher price 30% higher.

The map used is bad and doesn't contain any marks or location names, searching for known landmarks/Street names/locations doesn't work either, only returns results for shop names.

I used the App 1 time and put a negative evaluation (in English). Technical Manager called me to investigate, and he said he has a big English certificate...etc. I started then to talk in English and found the was incapable to speak English and was not professional. I hanged out the call then he removed me and blocked me from the total App. They are then really BAD. The idea is good, but the management is not. Service providers need to learn to be professional before they start the service.
