Great idea for an app! People just have to remember that waiting in A&E or a Minor injuries unit is actually a good thing. It means you are not dying and will survive until those more critically unwell are seen first. NHS emergency departments are not like a queue at the shops where first come first seen, people are assessed on how unwell they are and seen accordingly. Hence, the only issue with this app being the user not understanding how the NHS works.

Really exceptional idea and I've always had great success with the app. I work in primary care, and it's a great option for patients who might not be able to access their GP due to high demand. I would love to know from the developers if this service has plans to expend into other areas? Particularly SE London/London?

Doesn't actually work! I load the app to see the local wait times and it constantly says something went wrong!!! Useless!

1 hour 50 minutes waiting according to the app... in the hospital, 3 hours 30 mins! Until they can link the hospital up properly this is just a map of hospitals.
