I've used this app for a long time and until the most recent update it worked fine. Favorite features are the trip-meter and daily log. But since the update it has missed up to half the actual steps. I see 2 new settings - save battery and decrease the sensitivity. Both were on by default. I turned both off but did not fix the problem. Now I am trying other apps. Two that I have tried to seem to be accurate but don't have the features I am looking for. Still looking unless a fix for Walkroid comes. Followup to my original review: The app developer has published an updated version of Walkroid that fixed the problem I described. It now works correctly (at least for me) and so it deserves five stars.

I was looking for a simple and lightweight pedometer and found this app. It has all the features I want, and no unnecessary "calorie counting" which I want to avoid. The step counting seems accurate and the gui is clean and easy to understand. The manual page is very helpful. The app works fine on my OnePlus. In summary, it's perfect. Thank you!

Inaccurate. I'll walk the same path and each lap I do it will tell me I've walked a vastly different distance. Yesterday it said my first lap was 1.02 miles, the second lap (exact same path) was 1.5 miles. The app also randomly closes. I've gone for walks only to discover the app had closed and didn't register anything. I'm just going to upgrade to an old-fashioned hip worn pedometer, so I can stop guessing how far I've actually walked.

I used to love this but since changing devices it just stops counting steps. Very unreliable now.

I am sitting on my butt, and it is still counting steps 😡. I have an Android do I need to be looking for a pedometer for a Motorola? Not happy
