Unusable. So many steps set it up (code to email, code to phone, set up profile...) and then bizarre steps to find a venue, then spinning circle of death when attempting to make a booking. Developers - you need to get some UX expertise and revise this thin radically. I just want to make a booking!!!!

One of the most frustrating and counterintuitive application I've ever used. I was forced to swap from sportclubby since it was acquired by playtomic and the fees are ridiculous, but the drop in quality and usability of the app Is making me reconsider the deal. Patch this abomination asap or the user base will RUN. And far.
