Hero fragments are not balanced (used to rank up your hero). Between 3 maxed-out heros I have well over 1100 fragments. At least let me use them to rank up heroes in their classes; Rare, Epic, Legendary. Update 11/11/22 good game. Update 01/12/23 still like the game.11/10/23. Good game. The hero fragments are very lopsided. Just like the equipment fragments can be recycled to make the next higher fragment. You should be able to use hero fragments the same way.

Love the game, don't like the in-game purchases. It's fun, it gives you a ton of characters to unlock but to get them quickly you need to buy stuff to unlock them. I know the cost of the servers and all that, but I'd be happy to pay $10 or $20 for a Warhammer game that doesn't require you to empty your wallet to get everything. The pop-ups to try and get you to buy stuff is extremely annoying. But the same itself is awesome.

EXTREMELY Pay 2 Win, I'm only still playing because I'm an avid Warhammer fan, and I'm in a top 5 alliance on my server. Balancing is WAY WAY WAY off and most events now are met with laughter at the Dev team. More Blue and Purple heroes to offset all the Gold Heroes. Lower the required resource costs for upgrades, or make boosts MUCH MORE readily available. Sincerely, someone who has played this game for 3 years and still isn't max level because they don't whale.

OK, so after playing this game for a few months, I can tell you I was one of the top players on my server, but in order to be there I had to spend thousands of dollars. And if you don't, you're just cannon fodder for those that do spend money. Not worth it. Don't play. Don't even start. Also, they refuse to do anything about people who cheat even though I gave them clear evidence more than once. Garbage app. Garbage company.
