WashConnect® Mobile App is a management portal that offers ICS customers access to view financial reports. The reports that can be accessed include, Cars Washed, Employees Working, Employees Not Working, Terminal Balances, Labor Cost, Sales Distribution and Comparison Data for different date ranges, The Mobile App also gives weather information on each of the site with forecast for the next five days and an aggregate of cars washed for the month on a calendar.

I haven't gotten it, yet I couldn't connect to the app because of the phone had so much junk on it, I couldn't do anything

The app use to work great. Suddenly we have to call in almost daily, due to the app not reporting properly. Come on ICS, get it together and update this problem.

Always problems with the app, upgrades fail and don't work, should have stuck to the very first original app that worked fine.

Employees are still clocked in even though we are closed. It shows employees clocking in and out when all they did was clock in and still working

Horrible just likes ics service. 9 years ago absolutely fantastic service !!! Now you call, tell tech can't run cars autos entry down, they put u on a" critical" list, and if you don't call, continuously- ics" might "call you back oh 3, 4, 5 hours later, with level 1 tech that you know more about system than he or she does. Then wait for next level tech to call, not solve problem and finally kick it up to lev3. App works alot like ics service, poorly always needs updates. Micrologic help!
