Was really scared by the rating before I installed it and was expecting a nightmare, but the app worked so smoothly instantly connecting to our washing machines and then again to dryers later on with just a few clicks and a debit card authorization.

Quite honestly the worst app I've ever had the misfortune of using. If this app worked at least half the time I wouldn't feel the need to write this review. It is slow, buggy and poorly designed. On several occasions I've had my money taken from my bank account but, because of the terrible app, I was unable to do my washing. While writing this review I am left with half of my washing soaking wet and half of it dirty, because the app decided to stop working while I was in the middle of laundry.

App is clunky and rarely functions correctly. Machines never function correctly and consistently drench clothes to the point they cannot dry. Drenched clothes past 4 times in a row. Do not waste money, find a launderette.

Literally sat trying to put my payment through, and it's been on the same screen for five minutes. Tried reinstalling, turning my phone off - Nothing, not to mention it also sometimes charges my card and then doesn't update to the washer, so I have to pay twice. Awful app!
