Not looking good!!! I just started with this Bank. It's taking over a month to get a debit card. When I call it takes a long time to answer the phone. When I get to the bank it's already closed before 5:00 and nobody works on Saturdays. How am I supposed to pay my bills buy my groceries and take care of financial things. I think this bank will be worse than the one I came from. Having doubts. It's not looking good maybe a one-star Bank.

The app normally works great. But recently I've had issues with the deposit checks feature. It always gives me the same two error messages. 1. You've exceeded you deposit limit. 2. You've already deposited this check. Someone please help. This issue is a bit frustrating. 🙈

I used to love this app, but It's consistently acting up. The MOBILE APP when depositing checks ALWAYS glitches! It will change your log in randomly saying invalid password, yet on my laptop everything remains the same. Constantly glitches and shuts down due to "upgrading the system" late in the evening or just for no reason. I work various hours and depend on my mobile app. Looks like I can depend on more calling in to the recording than this app.
