This app is great for helping me keep track of my water drinking!! To show how important it is to drink water continuously. A while back, my doctor told me that my lab work showed that my kidneys were showing signs of shutting down. He wanted me to repeat the lab work in 2 weeks. For that whole time, I drank water following the schedule on this app. When I had the second lab work done, my doctor said my kidneys had improved!! So, DRINK WATER PEOPLE!!

Notifications break after you log water. I have it set to notify me every 30 minutes. But if I finish a bottle at 8:14, now it goes off on the 14 and the 30. It adds more and more notifications as I drink more water. By the end of the day, it goes off every 4 minutes. Super obnoxious bug, and it has been around for years.
