Extremely disappointed with Water On. Ongoing meter reading issues are ignored, and the team blames customers instead of resolving problems. The service head was dismissive, unhelpful, and lacked basic courtesy. Rather than offering support for app issues, the response was defensive and accusatory. A poor reflection of the brand's commitment to customer satisfaction.

Very poor service. Our society has been using this meter for almost 8 years, my observation, it fails to even close the valve when you need it. Every time you complain they say it's a water hardness issue. In that case this is not suitable for Bangalore at all. Maybe this meter and app are suitable/ works for only RO water.

Very poor experience with Smarter Homes water metering. The system keeps generating false leakage alerts even when there is no actual water usage. Instead of proper investigation, they give generic replies like leakage or RO backwash without technical clarity. Complaints are ignored, delayed, or closed without resolution. This raises serious concerns about billing accuracy and overall reliability. Lack of accountability and transparency makes the service untrustworthy.
