Apparently the app have many features like training templates that I still didn't have the time to explore. A problem I am experiencing is that I am loosing workouts, 4 of my 9 quick rides were lost, in one instance I was 1:57 in, then I locked my phone and to do a 3 min higher intensity before finishing, when I opened the app again it was showing 00:00:00 and stopped. On the bike display I was still able to see the activity but on the phone it was gone.

This is 4 or 5-star app for watt bike owners... When it's operational. Unfortunately the most likely scenario is that you'll be kicked from the login screen with an error message. While this is something that happens with most apps from time to time, at this point this has become a widespread and long-running issue. Unfortunate because the app itself is well-designed when it's working. Edit for Feb 2025 - app has been working as intended with no drop-outs last month or so.

Good free app for Watt Bike with included sessions. I would like to be able to program sessions though.

Absolutely unusable. Every time I go to use it I have been logged out, and I can't log back in due to error messages. On the rare occasion I can log in, it won't let me press Play on any of the workouts without disconnecting the bike.

Connectivity issues as others have said. For me, I cannot get the app to connect reliably to the bike. It sees it, it looks like it's connecting, but the connection stays red. I've managed to get it to work once out of 3 x 45-minute sessions at the gym. Watt bike, you need to sort out your app as a matter of urgency. Customers will be reticent to buy a premium exercise bike if the app that runs it doesn't work.
