Completely easy to navigate, helps me pay bills and keep track of all statements conveniently from home, never having a need to step foot in the building. Never thought a bank app would be one of my favorites, but here we are.

Barely functional app. From logging in to depositing checks and doing bill pay, it's incredibly buggy. Even taking into account that it's a credit union and doesn't have the bucks of a Chase or US Bank, compared to my last credit union's app, this is far worse.

Doesn't work very well at all. Shows the wrong account, no matter which account I log into, photo check deposit is uncertain at best. It actually says, it's not sure if it'll work when I scan a check, they will let me know on a day or so...? It's not useful to me at all.

Very frustrated with Waunas App and in branch. Never had a bank screw up as many things as they have. Simple things for most banks turns into hours on the phone or in a branch office. Will be switching banks soon.
