To be honest since the wave came to the Gambia we have a problem with the CFA if they can change the rate system and secure people their wallets are going to be very good bcoz when u have dalasis and u want to change it in cfa or want to send it in Senegal it will cost you big amount, and it's not favorable to be honest..... people are crying for the rate crisis in the Gambia

The app is useless, my money was stolen on a Tuesday, from my locked account. The next day I went to a wave agent, with which they told me to wait for 78 hours, and after that time reached, they said they can't provide me with the money because the person took the money out of the account, they refused to compensate me.... I cried all day because I had 65,000cfa which I personally saved as a young teen, they didn't help in any way they just gave stupid and unattended excuses...

There needs to be an option to filter (separate) Wave registered numbers from the rest of your contacts. You will always see all contacts when you want to send money to a registered Wave contact. Hard to differentiate contacts on Wave and contacts not on Wave. Also, there should be an option to verify a beneficiary before sending money
